girls lets go saturday and rock this thing we can do it! 

i know we are all a little tired from last night. 

this is our time to shine, we arent here to support the boys this weekend! 

the boys can come and support us! 

i am supper sorry for not throwing what i need to throw today. 

i will tomorrow and land it i promise. 

but i am super excited and sad at the same time this is gonna be a hard group to let go of. girls i love you all and will miss you. 

i know we all need some space but i dont want it to end. 

but lets show everyone what lms cheerleaders are made of.

today was another great day girls. 

i am going to miss this year so much. 

things are going so good. but lets keep up the work and win this weekend.

STILL IMPROVING I SEE.!!!!!!!!

THIS YEAR HAS BEEN A BLAST FOR THE LMS 08-09 cheerleaders. 

i have had so much fun doing all these different things but when it all comes down to it i dont wanna lose this group of girls. = [[ 

i know things will have to change but i dont want it to. 

i wish i could live in this year for a while. = ]] 

even though we are almost done we still improve a lot.

this is a big change and i dont know what i am going to do without cec but i will have to get through it i love all 17 of you girls and cant wait till we are all together again in highschool.

so people like greenup and pikeville need to watch out cause LC is on its way and gonna kick some booty!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!!!

WOW. TODAY WAS AWESOME. you girls did great. 

thanks to jaderian for stepping it up in stunting and letting everyone know that this season is not over that thanks to you we can keep going. 

Laken Fitch and Audri Wells you two helped our squad get all backhandsprings and that amazing girls. you two did so good today and you both try so hard. 

But girls this just means we have to work even harder to keep everything good. i cant wait to go to practice tomorrow. i promise i am goin got land my standing tuck and my handspring tuck and my alternates will come soon. Even though some things have been a little complicated right about now. I would like to thank Melissa Dotson [my 2nd mommy/my best friend/and my coach] for helping me get through these things. I dont think the LMS cheer squad could do without you. I know i deff. cant do without you in general. Thanks for being there when i need you. But girls lets go tomorrow and try our hardest and do our best. lets take on all the challenges that may come cause that will make us all the more stronger. Lets have a blast these last two competitions. GIRLS I LOVE YOU GUYS AND I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER SQUAD!!!!!

WOW WHAT A PRACTICE.

Girls tonight was awesome. Two more days till our second competition. Things will go good don't worry. But tonights practice was awesome. 

 

THE NEW SKILLS WE GOT TONIGHT: 

• Mikah,Jaderian,& Marina got multiples. 
• Alley pigmon got hand tuck. 
  
• 6 standing tucks
• baskets now have fulls in them. 

THE THINGS WE GOT DONE TONIGHT. 

• Stunting went great. 
• Got the gymnastics cheer made up. 
  

GIRLS LETS GO TO PRACTICE TOMORROW AND DO THE SAME THING WE DID TODAY. 

i am ready for saturday and dont get cocky just cause we got first place we can always improve and we wont always win. (ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE NICE).

                                                         TENTON MICHEAL ADKINS!!!

A couple of days ago trenton was put in the hospital. He was having some problems with his throat. When i went to see him his lip was swollen pretty bad and they were keeping him for the night. & yesterday my sister and my mammaw went to see him at his house and they said his eye look swelled and he could barely see out of it. He is going through some tough times right now and i would just hope that everyone will keep him in your prayers. Thank you and lets hope trenton gets better.

FIRST COMPETITION

 So this was our first competition. It was awesome we had some trouble throughout the week but when we got there things turned around for us. We hit almost everything there were a couple of touch downs and i think we had a few falls. But we had a lot of fun and isn't that what it all comes down to. when we had our practices things were not going so good. Things we so good at the competition and i had so much fun. I think everyone did the night before and all of things that happen. I love that we got 1st and we beat JCMS. We will have many competitions to come and i will be posting on them and we are an awesome squad. COME AND WATCH SOMETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
